Tuesdays, June 21, July 19, and August 16, 1 pm in the upstairs meeting room.

Learn how to build delicious and healthy meals from inexpensive produce and common pastry staples. University of Missouri Extension Family-Nutrition Education Program and Springfield-Greene County Health Department stall will demonstrate easy cooking techniques to help you create new family favorites from affordable and packaged ingredients. Little ones can enjoy storytime and crafts while parents attend the program. Each month will feature different foods and recipes. One attendee at each session will win a prize!
