Nature Storytime and StoryWalk®

Wednesday, May 1, and Tuesday, May 7, 10 a.m. for infants–age 6. Republic Library

Join us for a special storytime celebrating nature and spring. We’ll read “Have You Heard the Nesting Bird?” by Rita Gray and Kenard Pak and make bird journals. Then head over to Moore Park, 901 Boston Lane in Republic, to enjoy a StoryWalk®, where you can read the story again as you walk along the trail.

Storywalks® combine three important elements that promote learning: reading, moving and enjoying the outdoors. Don’t forget to take along your bird journal so you can record the birds you see in the park. The StoryWalk® will be available through May 30
