O-STEAM is the Missouri Representative to the Nation of Makers (a national nonprofit promoting the Maker Movement). O-STEAM received a White House Invitation in June 2016 to represent as the Missouri Ambassador for Creativity & Innovation. O-STEAM was there to kick off the Nation of Makers Week in D.C., meet and discuss ways to grow the Maker Movement with the other 49 state representatives, and to participate in their National Maker Faire showcasing our Ozarks Mini Maker Faire Event.

Educators participating in this event will be invited to attend the Maker Celebration Party (Friday Evening 6-9 p.m.) to meet and network with Makers participating in Saturday’s 5th Annual Ozarks Mini Maker Faire.

We call it the Greatest Show (& Tell) on Earth - a family-friendly showcase of invention, creativity, and resourcefulness.
